Securities Law under Companies Act, 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations. Ms.
Karishma has worked on various projects including Merger, Reclassification of Promoter Group, Strike
Off and Buyback.
Prior to Fincare, she was associated with Bosch Group, Jagran Group, The Sandur Manganese and Iron
Ores Limited and Amagi Media Labs Private Limited.
Qualifications: Associate Company Secretary (ACS), Masters of Commerce (M. Com) and Bachelor of
Commerce (B. Com)
